GDPR
General Data Protection Regulations came into force on Friday 25th May 2018.
These regulations cover all the information we hold in school relating to pupils, parents, carers, staff, visitors, contractors, suppliers and external agencies. They cover how this information is stored, who has access to it, how it is processed, how long it is retained and how we respond to any breaches of data security.
At Holly House our DPO (Data Protection Officer) is the Head Teacher – Mr I. Williams.
Our data controllers are J. Davis and C. Thorpe.
