Welcome to Holly House School's Residential Unit, our residential provision is a unique service within the Local Authority, built on the principles of the 3 R's highlighted in the Head Teacher's welcome. 

We operate with a dedicated team of five experienced professionals who provide consistent support to the young people. Our approach is guided by the Five Ways to Wellbeing. helping pupils develop resilience and strategies to overcome life's challenges. 

The unit benefits from staff trained in mental health, equipped with a wide range of skills to support young people in managing difficult situations and moving forward positively. 

Our ethos, "Be the best You Can Be" underpins everything we do. We focus on building strong, positive relationships and encouraging pupils to strive for success in all areas of life.

This ethos enables us to deliver tailor made care packages for pupils and their families, both in school and at home. These packages are designed and implemented by our trained staff, with the ultimate goal of preparing pupils for a successful transition whether to mainstream education or a bespoke placement that meets their individual needs when they leave Holly House.
